Homework One

The very first homework of the year was to bring homework the "Things to Know to have a Successful Year in United States History and Government" sheet, have a parent/guardian read it and then bring it back to me signed.
Also, if you haven't already done so, make sure you get yourself two notebooks for class. Label the first notebook "Class Work"with your name, and Class number. The second notebook should be labeled "Reflective Writing", it should also have your name and class number. You can keep both books in the classroom if you so choose. Again, just make sure they are labeled.

Trips at Bushwick Leaders' High School

Sometimes it seems like Bushwick Leaders' High School is Trip Central! If you count up all the advisory trips, community service trips, college trips, overnight trips, academic trips, club trips, theatre trips, beach trips, amusement park trips... sometimes it seems like all we do is go on trips. But who's complaining?

Still, we all know that some trips are better than others. And sometimes trips fall flat because they're planned at the last minute. Use this posting to add comments about trips at Bushwick Leaders' High School.

Sports Teams at Bushwick Leaders' High School

Bushwick Leaders' High School needs sports teams, and we need them badly! We have plenty of talented athletes and plenty of willing participants. However, we haven't quite managed to get a full-scale team up and competing.
